DRY CAMPING: This is Authentic Grateful Dead Parking Lot Dry Camping. No Frills.

LOAD-IN / OUT:
WEDNESDAY 4/19: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm|
THURSDAY 4/20: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
FRIDAY 4/21: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
SATURDAY 4/22: 8:00 am – NOON – No Camping Entry after NOON on Sat.
SUNDAY 4/23: No Camping Entry
EXIT: All campers and vehicles must exit campground by NOON on Monday, April 24th

NO INs and OUTs: Once a camping vehicle enters, it shall remain in place until time of departure from the festival, whenever that may be. Exited vehicles will not be readmitted to the campground.

CAMPING ZONES: We have refined the campground zones to ensure that Sober and Family areas are properly separated from the General camping areas. Also new are a VERY LIMITED amount of VIP RV spots on grass with electrical hookups. (See map).

WEATHER: As the event occurs on the beach, plan for all types of weather, including warm days and cold nights. The event is Rain or Shine – No Refunds!

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Campers may bring outside food and beverage to their campsites, but are not allowed to bring such items outside of the designated campground areas into the Festival Area or Arena. Campers may prepare food at their campsites on Propane Camping Stoves Only. Open Fire of any kind is Strictly Prohibited!!!

Otherwise, onsite food options will be expanded and available to campers, as well as day guests during most festival hours. F&B lineups and pricing will be released well before showtime.

ALCOHOL: Like food, Campers may bring outside alcohol to their campsites, but not Outside the designated Campground Areas. The venue will be monitoring this closely.

THE FOLLOWING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC – There will be no bands in the campground this year.
NO OPEN FLAME – Charcoal Bar-B-Q’s, Hibachis, Campfires, Tiki Torches, etc.
NO NITROUS OXIDE – Security Staff on High Alert after big problems last year
NO PERSONAL VEHICLES – Bicycles, Skateboards, Roller Skates, Scooters
NO MOTORIZED DEVICES – Drones, Cars, Carts, Aircraft, Vehicles etc.

SHAKEDOWN Operations have been highly refined for 2023. Availability has been reduced, and spaces will initially be made available to previous vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis. A separate email to 2022 vendors will follow containing information needed to secure a spot. PASSES AND WRISTBANDS

EACH PERSON MUST HAVE AN ENTRY PASS.
EACH VEHICLE MUST HAVE A CAMPING PASS.

We will be using RFID-enabled wristbands to enhance your event experience. Your wristband serves as your pass to enter and exit the event quickly – with just a quick tap of your wristband. Wristbands must be worn on your left wrist. They may not be attached to a backpack, bag or clothing. Please cinch it snug enough to your wrist so that it won’t slip off.

Wristband registration is mandatory
Your wristband must be registered to enter the event. Please register it at www.skullandroses.com before you get to the gate. If you don’t have access to a smart phone or computer, we can assist you at the Box Office.

How do I register my wristband(s)? Visit www.skullandroses.com to activate your wristband after you receive it in early April.

Why should I register my wristband(s) online? Wristband registration protects you in case you lose your wristband, or it is stolen, damaged, or stops working. Only the person who registers their wristband or the original purchaser can be issued a replacement wristband.

When will I receive my wristband(s) and camping pass?

It is anticipated that you should receive your wristband(s) and camping decal in early April, 2023. International Orders, Child and Youth wristbands will not be shipped; they will be available at the Box Office for pickup with a Valid Photo ID.

Where will my wristband(s) be sent and can I change the mailing address?
Your order will be shipped to the “Shipping Address” you entered at the time of purchase. You may change this prior to March 20, 2023 by sending us an email at: wristbands@skullandroses.com Orders will not be re-shipped after March 21, 2023, under any circumstance.

Is there any information I need to know about moving around the event as it relates to my wristband?
YES. Each time you pass through a scanning portal/access point, you will need to scan your wristband as you enter. You must also scan your wristband as you exit the area. This is imperative, or you will not be able to re-enter the area without going to Guest Services or the Box Office to have your wristband reset.

Late ticket buyers who purchased after March 20, 2023
For those who purchased tickets after March 20, 2023: there will not be enough time to receive your wristbands promptly in the mail. Please bring your Eventbrite PDF confirmation (mobile or printed) and a Valid Photo ID to the Box Office to exchange your e-ticket for a wristband.

Attention: All “Blind Faith” (Early Bird) ticket buyers
When you purchased your tickets on the Eventbrite website, you received PDF e-tickets via email. This ticket is considered your proof of purchase but it will not be valid to enter the event. You will receive your wristband(s) in the mail.

Are child passes available?
YES. Passes for children under age 13 are FREE and available at www.skullandroses.com. This pass must be ordered along with an adult pass. Only (2) child passes are available per (1) adult pass. Child wristbands must be picked up at the Box Office with a Valid Photo ID. Child wristbands will not be shipped.

Are youth passes available for ages 13-17?
YES. Youth passes for ages 13-17 are available at www.skullandroses.com. Confirmation of age will be required upon entry. Youth wristbands must be picked up at the Box Office with a Valid Photo ID. Youth wristbands will not be shipped.

Are payment plans available? Can I divide my order into multiple payments?
YES. Upon checking out, you will have the option of using PAYPAL’s “Pay Later” Plan that is available for orders under $1,500. It allows for four (equal) bi-weekly payments and does not charge interest.

Can I order passes via telephone?

  1. Telephone orders are not possible.

Are there single day passes?

  1. Only 4-Day + Bonus Day Passes are available.

Is the 4-Day Pass + Bonus Day five separate passes?

  1. The Festival Pass is a single wristband that is worn for the entire event and covers all five days.

If I can’t go, can I get a refund?

  1. Once passes are sold, there are no refunds.

How can I sell my pass?
If you would like to sell your pass, we suggest using https://tixel.com/sell/Eventbrite so someone else can enjoy the festival.

What happens if I need to sell one of my passes and/or a vehicle camping decal on Tixel after I receive my wristband(s) and decal in the mail?
We do not recommend re-selling your passes; however, if you do sell any part of your order on Tixel after wristbands/camping decals have been shipped to you, ALL the original wristbands/camping decals you have received will be deactivated.

Any balance of the original order (that you did not sell) is still valid in our system but you will need to come to the Box Office with a Valid Photo ID AND all the wristbands you still have in hand and the Box Office staff will make sure you have valid, activated wristband(s) to enter the festival.

Your buyer will also need to come to the Box Office and provide the PDF (electronic or paper) ticket received at time of the Tixel transfer. The PDF will be exchanged for wristband(s) and/or a camping decal.

I bought passes from a “friend” (scalper, third party, etc.). How can I verify they are valid and will work?
Only passes originally purchased through the official Skull & Roses/Eventbrite websites, or subsequently transferred through www.tixel.com can be guaranteed as valid.

How do I receive my passes/wristbands and vehicle camping decals?
For those who purchased passes before March 21, 2023, you will receive your wristbands and camping decals in the mail by April 10, 2023. As each order is fulfilled, an email will be sent with your USPS Tracking Number. Once you receive your wristband, register your wristband online before you arrive at the event.

For those who purchased passes after March 20, 2023, bring your e-ticket (mobile or printed) and a Valid Photo ID to the Box Office to exchange your e-ticket for your wristband. International orders, Child, and Youth wristbands will not be shipped and must be picked up at the Box Office… Valid Photo ID required.

I did not receive my wristband in the mail, how do I get a replacement?

The order that was shipped to me is missing wristbands or is different from what I purchased. What should I do?
Wristbands are shipped by order, meaning that if you purchased tickets at different times, they will be shipped to you separately. If you have not received your complete order(s) by April 10, 2023 or the order you received was incorrect, please email: wristbands@skullandroses.com with the following information:

  • Purchaser full name
  • Shipping Address
  • Ticket Order Number
  • Expected Order Items
  • Received Order Items – please include 16-digit UID (Unique ID)

My friend got their wristband or got an email notification that their wristband is coming, and I didn’t get mine yet. When should I start panicking? What should I do?
Orders will begin shipping in March and it takes a minimum of 2-3 weeks to complete shipping. Your patience is appreciated. If you have not received your order by April 10, 2023, please email: wristbands@skullandroses.com

How do I get a replacement wristband if it is lost or I pulled it too tight?
SKULL & ROSES is not responsible for damaged or lost wristbands. Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will not be allowed to access the event. Go to the Box Office with your Valid Photo ID. Replacement is subject to verification of the original order. Replacement wristbands may be subject to a replacement fee. Questions: wristbands@skullandroses.com

Ordering multiple passes/wristbands
Assign a wristband to each person who will be attending and have each 18+ adult create a new account with their information before arriving at the event. Please do NOT register someone else’s wristband for them. This helps us identify each person’s unique wristband in case it gets lost or damaged.

What else do I need to know about my wristband?

  • Wristband registration is mandatory at SKULL & ROSES V.
  • We know you’re excited to put on your wristband, but make sure to wait until the morning of the event – once you put it on, you won’t be able to remove it, as it locks instantly!
  • You must scan your wristband “in” to enter the event and you must scan “out” when you exit.
  • Only wristbands purchased from the official event website and Eventbrite/Tixel are valid. Do not purchase wristbands from other third parties.
  • Wristbands will be treated as void if tampered with – please do not cut them.
  • Your wristband should remain on your wrist throughout the event. Do not remove your wristband until after the final day of the event.

Undeliverable & Box Office orders
Orders unable to be delivered (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at Box Office. They must be picked up by the purchaser (name on the order). If the “ship to” name is different, the “ship to” name will NOT be able to pick up at the Box Office. A Valid Photo ID is required to pick up your wristband(s) and camping decals.

Miscellaneous Shipping Notes

  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • Orders are shipped in (1) package per order (not per wristband).
  • Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guarantee is for the contents you ordered. Packaging is not considered part of the order.
  • Hotel reservations will not be shipped or included on your wristband. (See info > lodging section of website)
