Please review this information carefully if you are bringing a service animal to SKULL & ROSES. The policy and procedure will be strictly enforced for the safety of our guests and legitimate service animals. Those who bring their non-service animals to the festival will be given the option to situate their animal elsewhere and return or leave the festival site without refund. Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal. We appreciate your cooperation as we host a safe event for all!
Policy: Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. NO emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the definition of “service animal” is limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability who is in attendance. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Under the ADA, “comfort,” “therapy,” or “emotional support animals” do not meet the definition of a service animal.
Service animals must be housebroken and under the direct control of their handler at all times. Service animals should be leashed, harnessed or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. If any handler does not adhere to these conditions, the handler will be asked to remove the animal from the site. The handler then may return without the animal.
Procedure: Service animals will need to be checked in at the Box Office. We will assign your animal a wristband, have you sign a Service Animal Agreement and get your contact information should you and your animal get separated. Service animal credentials should remain visible or be able to be provided upon request and verified at any time during the event.
For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete bag search prior to entry. Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process. All bags will be searched before entry. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event. At any time during the entry process if you have questions, ask for assistance from the box office.

WRISTBANDS AND PASSES
Skull & Roses V will be using RFID-enabled wristbands to enhance your event experience. Your wristband serves as your pass to enter and exit the event quickly – with just a quick tap of your wristband.
EACH PERSON ENTERING THE FESTIVAL MUST HAVE AN ADMISSION PASS. THIS INCLUDES ALL CAMPERS.
If you purchased your passes prior to March 20th wristbands will be mailed to your address on file. If you purchased your passes after March 20th you will need to pick up your wristband at the Box Office and show a Valid ID.
Wristbands should be worn on your left wrist if possible. They may not be attached to a backpack, bag or clothing. Please cinch it snug enough to your wrist so that it won’t slip off.
YES. Your wristband must be registered to enter the event. Please register it at www.skullandroses.com before you get to the gate. If you don’t have access to a smart phone or computer, we can assist you at the Box Office.
Visit Wristband Registration, enter in the number on the back of the tag (starting E00401) with on your wristband to activate.
Wristband registration protects you in case you lose your wristband, or it is stolen, damaged, or stops working. Only the person who registers their wristband or the original purchaser can be issued a replacement wristband.
It is anticipated that you should receive your wristband(s) and camping decal in early April, 2023. International Orders, Child and Youth wristbands will not be shipped; they will be available at the Box Office for pickup with a Valid Photo ID.
Your order will be shipped to the “Shipping Address” you entered at the time of purchase. You may change this prior to March 20, 2023 by sending us an email at: wristbands@skullandroses.com Orders will not be re-shipped after March 21, 2023, under any circumstance.
Is there any information I need to know about moving around the event as it relates to my wristband?
YES. Each time you pass through a scanning portal/access point, you will need to scan your wristband as you enter. You must also scan your wristband as you exit the area. This is imperative, or you will not be able to re-enter the area without going to Guest Services or the Box Office to have your wristband reset.
For those who purchased tickets after March 20, 2023: there will not be enough time to receive your wristbands promptly in the mail. Please bring your Eventbrite PDF confirmation (mobile or printed) and a Valid Photo ID to the Box Office to exchange your e-ticket for a wristband.
When you purchased your tickets on the Eventbrite website, you received PDF e-tickets via email. This ticket is considered your proof of purchase but it will not be valid to enter the event. You will receive your wristband(s) in the mail.
YES. Passes for children under age 13 are FREE and available at www.skullandroses.com. This pass must be ordered along with an adult pass. Only (2) child passes are available per (1) adult pass. Child wristbands must be picked up at the Box Office with a Valid Photo ID. Child wristbands will not be shipped.

The Festival Pass is a single wristband that is worn for the entire event and covers all five days.
Once passes are sold, there are no refunds.
If you would like to sell your pass, we suggest using https://tixel.com/sell/Eventbrite so someone else can enjoy the festival.
If you sell any part of your order on Tixel after wristband/camping decals have been shipped to you, here is the procedure:

Replacement is subject to verification of the original order. Replacement wristbands may be subject to a replacement fee. Questions: wristbands@skullandroses.com
